So far, I’ve tried different versions of chocolate chip cookies, but these are one of my favorites. At home, I always have some protein nut protein anyway, so this time I used it for this purpose.
The prep is simple, and the result is yummy.
How To Make Quick and Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients for 16 chocolate chip cookies:
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate and hazelnut protein butter
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 6 tablespoons of white flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape 16 equally rounded cookies.
Then line them up on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
After the cookies are baked, wait for them to cool completely and decorate with nut butter and chopped hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts or other nuts as desired.
