We often make the excuse that we don’t have enough time and it’s one of the most common excuses why people don’t exercise and aren’t physically active.
That’s why we bring you one quick 10-minute workout for a strong core. We all know that quality nutrition and training are just as important as being able to show off our abs on the beach in the summer, however they play a much more important role than attracting other people’s eyes.
A firm and active core is important not only in training, but also in everyday life because it ensures good posture, especially for people who do office job. Incorporating these short workouts into your daily routine doesn’t take a lot of time, so you don’t have a good enough excuse not to try it out.
None of these exercises are overly difficult, and while some may be more demanding at first, don’t give up right away.
Workout Plan for Strong Core
The workout consists of 5 different exercises, where each of them activates the core muscles in a different way. Do each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15-second break between exercises, and repeat this for two sets. That way the muscles will be active all the time, and yet you will have plenty of time to rest before the new set.
Plank
Bicycle crunch
Short crunch
Leg raises
V-ups
At the end of your workout you should do a few stretching exercises to gradually cool down the body.
